For over 120 years, PHCC of California has proudly hosted PHCC WEST, our annual convention that brings together plumbing-heating-cooling contractors and affiliates from across the Western states. Please note hotel policies: All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.  If a guest does not cancel a reservation within forty-eight (48) hours before the guest’s check-in date, then Hotel may charge the credit card one night’s room fee plus any applicable taxes.

At the time of check-in, each guest will be required to present a major credit card, on which Hotel may place a hold or process a prepayment in the amount of the guest’s estimated charges.
