PHCC of California welcomes the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling community to join us for our 124th annual convention PHCC WEST 2025 in Las Vegas, Nevada March 31 – April 2, 2025.

For over 120+ years, PHCC of California has proudly hosted PHCC WEST, our annual convention that brings together plumbing-heating-cooling contractors and affiliates from across the Western states. This event is a powerful opportunity to connect with the best people in the industry, exchange best practices, and inspire growth.

PHCC WEST offers interactive educational sessions designed to enhance business practices, explore cutting-edge tools and technologies, and support professional development. Hands-on workshops provide industry insights, while mixers create valuable face-to-face connections to build lasting partnerships.

The convention also hosts essential business sessions, where members can vote on key policies, as well as board meetings to discuss strategies for strengthening our community. Attendees can learn more about training programs available statewide to build a skilled workforce.

A registrant is defined as someone attending the convention.

If an individual does not plan to attend the sessions but wishes to participate exclusively in receptions and mixers, they should register under the social guest rate.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to phccwest@caphcc.org or by mail to 1820 Tribute Road, Suite A, Sacramento, CA 95815. A minimum processing fee of $25 applies to all cancellations.

Cancellations received 60 days prior to the first day of the convention are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee, less the $25 processing fee. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after January 30, 2025; no exceptions will be made.

Train-the-Trainer Roundtable Workshop

PHCC instructors are invited to attend this workshop designed for the plumbing-heating-cooling apprenticeship instructors.

This comprehensive workshop aims to equip plumbing- heating-cooling apprenticeship instructors with the tools, knowledge, and strategies necessary to effectively train apprentices in both technical skills and professional best practices. By focusing on effective teaching methods and curriculum development, instructors will enhance their ability to mentor apprentices in mastering industry standards, safety protocols, and hands-on skills.

Includes access to President Mixer on April 1, meal events and sessions outlined in schedule for April 2.
